The house, being independent, offers guests great privacy. THE VILLA is very exposed to the sun and is adjacent to the B&B-FORESTERIA CASA DELLA MUSICA (the two gardens adjoin): the proximity means that my possible help towards the guests is constant and important.
CASA DELLA MUSICA APARTMENT – LAKE VIEW HOUSE WITH 2 ROOMS is equipped with every comfort and everything needed for an independent stay: Wi-Fi, TV, A/C, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. In the kitchen we find a hob, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee maker and all the cooking equipment. Outside the house, the garden is entirely available, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation on the deck chairs provided in the shade of ancient olive trees. The same thing also applies to the large terrace equipped with table, chairs and awnings which is ideal for enjoying the sunsets over the lake over a cocktail, for dinners in the open air, or to be used as a solarium during the day . All these features make the structure a real jewel.
The structure is completed by a garage or, if you own a large car, a large private outdoor space (always on site).
