The house is single, brightly colored both outside and inside, exposed to the sun from morning until sunset, offering guests a tranquility that is not easy to find. The small flower garden is made up of a green area and a tiled area.
A rich and delicious breakfast in the morning, prepared and served at the table by myself in the garden or in the large living room, kicks off the day with the right energy.
Two public car parks not far from the residence are available or, if you prefer, upon reservation you can use the private garage in the house or an outdoor parking space, always private, at a cost of €5 per night for a car or motorbike (it is possible to access in the garage with cars smaller than 187 cm).

Mozart Panoramic Suite
The MOZART SUITE, (double or triple) is the jewel of the house: located in the attic it is about 55m2 large and can be reached via a 120cm diameter spiral staircase, while for luggage there is an external freight elevator which I will use for your suitcases.
The suite is bright, has two balconies, one of which has a wonderful view of the lake, equipped with a table, chairs and awning, and a smaller one with a view towards the mountain. The bathroom is private, with personal hygiene products, hairdryer, toilet, bidet, shower and towels. Provided with a sitting area, the suite has a parquet floor, wooden ceiling, clothes hanger, fridge, kettle, desk, satellite TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi. The VERDI ROOM is about 20 square meters, bright and located on the first floor. It has a large terrace equipped with awning, table, chairs and deck chairs. The size of the terrace and the wonderful lake and mountain view make it a marvel. Parquet floor, satellite TV, small fridge, kettle, wardrobe, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom with personal hygiene products, hairdryer, shower, toilet, bidet and towels.

The BACH ROOM is about 16 m2, very bright and located on the first floor. It has a large balcony overlooking the lake and mountains and is equipped with awnings, chairs and a small table.
It is the brightest room in the house as the sun comes from its sunrise until sunset. Vivaldi Studio
The VIVALDI STUDIO is about 60 square meters large, located on the ground floor and is ideal for an entire family given its size. It does not have a lake view, but going up the external staircase, you arrive in the garden where there are table, umbrella, chairs and awnings. It has a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven and a sitting area with satellite television, table with chairs, kettle, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and bath towels.
